All orders on GyaanShala are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are governed by the laws of India.
GyaanShala sells two kinds of product:
After payment we create an account for you and email your login details. Course access is for one person. You may not share your login, and you may not copy, download, re-record, redistribute, resell or publicly show the course videos or guides. We may suspend access where we find sharing or redistribution.
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees. Where a course price is quoted exclusive of tax, GST is added at checkout and the total payable is shown to you before you pay. A GST invoice is issued for every order. Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner; we do not store your card details.
Our courses are educational. They teach recipes, methods and the basics of selling what you make. They are not a guarantee of income, and they are not a substitute for professional, medical, cosmetic-safety or regulatory advice. Some formulations use ingredients that require care and correct handling. Before selling any product you make, you are responsible for meeting the safety, labelling, licensing and legal requirements that apply to you.
Refund eligibility and processing timelines are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or business losses.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Faridabad, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
